In this workshop, by analyzing multiple cases of maternal death using Interactive learning model and examining cases and clinical scenarios, it was tried to make the education practical. Therefore, to increase the depth of learning and effectiveness. According to global reports, 303,000 mothers die during childbirth every year. This statistic means that 830 women die every day, and more precisely, one person every two minutes. While most of these deaths can be prevented by using medical services. The main cause of death in childbirth is excessive blood loss and infections. But of course, the statistics about the death rate of mothers during childbirth are not very accurate. because there are no accurate statistics on this subject in developing countries. and many deaths go unreported.

Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences, in cooperation with Kermanshah Gynecologists’ Association, carried out this task. You can also see the video report of this workshop at this address, on our Aparat channel. With hope of a day when the number of these tragic incidents will be zero.
